Notes for John SHOTWELL

John Shotwell came from England and settled on the road between Scotch
Plains and Plainfield. b.1686; d.1762. [Transcriber's Note: Greaves
presents conflicting information on two cards referring to John
Shotwell. The "came from England" and "b.1686 d.1762" probably refer
to the father of the John Shotwell (1712-1779) whose family is
delineated and to whom the "settled on the road between Scotch Plains
and Plainfield" applies.]
