Notes for Mary PARKHURST

There is an article on "The Family of George Parkhurst", in NEHGR 68:370. At
page 372 is note as to Benjamin Parkhurst, owner of land in Elizabethtown,
N.J., and his will, proved 8 Dec. 1722, which named his wife, Mercy, and
children Martha, Mary, Hanna, Benjamin, John and Samuel. See NJA vols. 2,
21, 23. While that seems, at first, to be a bit late for the father of this
Mary, it does put a Parkhurst family in Elizabethtown.
