Notes for Agnes Adelia FLEMING

Information from Nancy Miller Roberts is that she was the daughter of Irish
immigrants who came over during the potato famine ca 1850 and lived in
Newark, N.J. She worked as a maid for the Trembly family, who had a large
farm at Trembly Point, the southeast corner of Linden. "The Fleming family
is related by marriage to champion boxer Jack Dempsey."
