Notes for John Miller CLARK

He donated land in Westfield for "Matthias Clark Memorial Park". See article
in The Standard, June 10, 1918, copy in file. Died in 1932 at age of 89. He
died at home of his daughter, Mrs. Charles D. Motheral.
At time of his retirement in 1931 he was the third oldest member of the New
York Stock Exchange, having purchased his membership in 1875. Member of SAR.
