- daughter Betsy Howard real and personal property after death of wife
- Thompson Brown is Executor
- Signed 4 July 1826
- Witnessed by Maxwell Frazee, Susan Clark and Betsy Clark
- On November 8, 1826 Maxwell Frazee attests that he, Susan and Betsy Clark were present when he signed his will, and that he was in sound mind to do so, and Thompson Brown promises to fulfill his duties as Executor, and also take an inventory of the
estate.
- September 22, 1826 a modest inventory totaling $18.72 is taken by Jacob F. Stiles/Stites and Maxwell Frazee and signed by both parties.
