Notes for Esther MARSH

Esther (Tucker?) Clark left will #11099G dated 1 December 1817 and proved 19 February 1818, witnessed by Israel R. Coriell, Joseph Denman and John Hamilton. She bequeathed her entire estate to her daughter Sarah Miller. David Osborn was the executor.
Her estate was inventoried on 31 January 1818 by Dennis Coles and Benjamin Cory. In that inventory she was described as "late of the Township of Westfield" so presumably she died in that town. Besides personal items she held two notes - one against
Benjamin Crane and one against William Miller, deceased (her son-in-law?) as well as interest due from Gideon Allen.

Was her surname "Tucker" as some have supposed?
See "Willis" surname at Baptist Cemetery, Scotch Plains.
Perhaps had brother or father James Marsh who exe. Jeremiah Clark's will

Possibly daughter of Charles Marsh, but this remains unproven.
