1.2123.53. Phebe [Clark] Allen. She is named in her father's will. She was married at New Providence Presbyterian church on 28 Oct 1792, to Henry Allen, the son of Joseph Allen Jr. and Sarah Willcox, daughter of Peter Willcox Sr. Joseph Allen lived in
Washington Valley, NJ. Henry Allen was a twin to Phillip Allen who married Nancy Clark, the daughter of Elias Clark of Stony Hill.
