Josiah Felix was born in 1808 in Mortonsville, Woodford, Kentucky. He died before 1880. He married Jane Shouse on 27 Sep 1827 in Woodford County, Kentucky - ceremony performed by Rev. Waller [Record of Marriages in Woodford County, Kentucky,

Jane Shouse was born on 28 Mar 1810 in Woodford County, Kentucky. She died on 5 Nov 1898.
