1774, Oct. 3. Craig, Daniel Terrill, of Essex Co. Ward. Son of
James Craig, of said Co., deceased Said ward makes choice of Daniel
Terrill, Jr., as his Guardian. Guardian Daniel Terrill, Jr. Fellow-
bondsman Ephraim Terrill; both of said Co. Lib. L, p. 156. [NJ Colonial Documents]

DANIEL CRAIG, (son of James, 1st,) and Miss Clark, had children :
1. Isaac ; 2. Terril ; 3. Clark, and two or three others.
He removed to Esopus, New York, and settled there.

Served in the Revolution at Battle of Monmouth. etc. Possibly a corporal in
CT Light Dragoons, according to DAR records and history of Union County, NJ.

Listed in 1810 census of Ulster County, New York; five male children, no female children.
