Jesse Clark, Esq. was the administrator of Mr. Miller's estate; he was Marsh
Miller's uncle. The settlement of his estate states that his land was to be
sold for "...to settle debts and for the maintainence of young children...";

which proves that there were three small children, oldest not 5, youngest <1.
