Notes for Jabesh CLARK

In papers prepared by Josephine Clark Zadina of Corvallis, OR, in 1974, there
is note that Jabesh Clark and family left New Jersey and were settled in
Washington Co., Pa. by 1790 Census. The 1820 and 1830 Census show them in
Fairfield Twp., Butler County, Ohio. Jotham and Abraham moved on to Hancock
Co., Ill, where they died. Jotham's family stayed in that county as did some
of Abraham's family. Son Abraham Clark, great grandfather of Josephine,
moved to Putnam Co. Missouri after the Civil War.
