including "Robert R. Crowell and Josephine, his wife". Abstract has
"NOTE: Deed is not signed by Josephine Crowell although it appears in
acknowledgement by certificate of Mr. Shafer that she appeared and
acknowledged the same. Josephine is now deceased as informed by Christopher
M. Crowell."
