Baptism in Westfield Church Records, page 409.
Last Will and Testament, dated August 18, 1861, proved October 23, 1861, on file in Union County (NJ) Surrogate's Office, [Docket 317 page 80, Will Book A page 370] abstracted by Harman Clark as follows:
Last Will and Testament of David W. Clark, of Township of Westfield, County of Union, and State of New Jersey, Farmer:
1st. to wife, Betsey -- $200 yearly and to wife Betsey & daughter Lucetta all household goods.

7th. bequest to sons Matthias & Ralph, and daughters Elizabeth, Lucetta & Sarah Ann.

9th. erect gravestone on father & mother graves at Westfield, & on grave of my son Warren at Rahway.
Last. Executors -- sons Matthias & Ralph & daughter Elizabeth E. Clark.
See photo of gravestone in Rahway Cemetery.
David W. & Betsey Clark had what is now known as "The Antique Table" which is currently in possession of his great great grandson, Harman R. Clark, Jr., and located in his home in Sheffield, VT. There is a photo of Harman, Jr., as a baby, lying on
this table and on the reverse side his grandmother has written that he was lying on the table of his great great grandfather, David Clark.
See also the family bible given by Betsey Clark to her daughter Lucetta Clark Fowler, which is also now in possession of Harman R. Clark, Jr. Scanned pages from this Bible are on file in the Genealogical Society of N.J. Special Collections room at
Rutgers University, New Brunswick, N.J., and the data was published in GMNJ 70:23 (Jan 1995). [There is a misprint in that publication as to Elizabeth W. Clark, which incorrectly says she was the wife of Martin V. B. Clark and died July 14, 1904 Aged
60 yrs 7 mo 21 days. That should read that Phebe A. Clark was the wife of Martin V. B. Clark, with that death information. Elizabeth W. Clark was a daughter of David W. and Betsey Clark, (sister of Martin V. B. Clark) who died Jan. 24, 1894.]
*****
GSNJ has their Bible record at Rutgers:
5157 David Clark (1788-1861) and wife, Betsey Woodruff Price (1794-1871).
