Notes for James CLARK

Howell (2nd Edition 1887) states on p.211-212 that "James had wife Althea and
children Joseph and Stephen under age December 17, 1715 when the will of their
father was made." Many of James' descendants are followed in "The Clark-Dixon
Family (The Ancestry and Descendants of James Clark and his wife Jane (Dixon)
Clark of Fairton, Cumberland County, New Jersey, Compiled by H. Stanley Craig
Merchantville, NJ (c. 1942). In his will James describes himself as a tailor.
