"Keeping American history alive, one good book at a time!"

Notes for Arthur Harrison CLARK

Refer to "History of Union Co.", Vandoren Honeyman p. 34. This writing
erroneously calls him "a direct descendant of that noble patriot, Abram Clark,
signer of the Declaration of Independence." See also ROSS FAMILY NO.6848 p.497
Mr. Clark was born in Westfield and lived and died in Plainfield. He was a
licensed Air Pilot and served in the U. S. forces in World War I. See Westfield leader 1911, when he built an "aeroplane" from scratch in a barn in Westfield.
