Notes for James CLARK


James Clark was a merchant; clerk of the town meeting 1800; Grand Juror 1801;
Justice of the Peace 1801-25; foreman of Grand Jury 1806; Coroner 1806;
Director of the Board of Freeholders 1819; Judge of the Court of Common Pleas
1811-26. He may have had several children. His will was written 25 Aug. 1829
and proven 14 November 1832. Need to check for mention of children, etc.
