Notes for Gertrude CLARK

Gertrude was left motherless when very young and lived with her grandparents
on the old Perrine homestead in New Jersey. When about 12 years of age she
came to Michigan to her father's home. She was one of the pioneer teachers
in Wayne County, Michigan.
