Longtime Town Clerk, Town of Westfield, from January 1, 1911.
Note the newspaper article about him in the Westfield Leader 6 September 1933.
He was a haberdasher (hatmaker) and well-known politician in Westfield for
many years. His business was in downtown Westfield.
